Orders will normally ship within 24hrs of being placed. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will normally ship out on the following Monday. No orders will be processed or shipped during U.S. holidays, orders will ship out within 24hrs or normal business resuming. Our Shipping Rate for the upper 48 states is $5.00 for orders below $75.00, or free if order is over $75.00.
Our Shipping Rate for Alaska and Hawaii is $15.00 for orders below $75.00, or free if order is over $75.00.
Currently, we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail for small orders, and UPS SurePost (UPS SurePost utilizes UPS ground combined with USPS for delivery) for larger orders.

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Oakshire Trading Co., LLC, and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use. We do our best to resolve such matters. Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Oakshire Trading Co., LLC is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive your order with damaged items, you must call us at (714) 707-5070 or email us at email@example.com within 36 hours of delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will reship the affected items. If you have not contacted us within 36 hours of delivery, a claim must be filed with the appropriate shipping courier.
If an item that you have ordered is backordered, we will attempt to contact you via the phone number and email provided in your order. If no response is given within 24 hours, We will process the order and then ship it as soon as the items ordered are in stock. We may also replace backordered bottle sizes with an equivalent number of a different bottle size. For example, if a 120ml is backordered, we may replace it with (2) 60mls of the same product. We will always try to contact you first before making the replacement.
